Room rates for the conference are $619.00 per night. 

Please note that this rate does not include state and local taxes. 

Secure this rate by booking before the Room Block Cut-Off Date on Thursday, January 25, 2024.

 Closest Airport 

The nearest airport to Vail is the Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE), also known as the Vail/Eagle Airport. It is located approximately 40 miles (64 kilometers) west of Vail and serves as the primary airport for the Vail Valley region. This airport offers convenient access for travelers heading to Vail and the surrounding areas.

 Parking Options 

Valet parking is available at a rate of $50 per night. Additional vehicle parking is $35 per night. 

   

No Show, Late Arrivals, and Early Departures:  

No shows, late arrivals, and early departures will be charged the room rate plus any applicable fees and taxes for the entire reserved period. 

  

 Transportation  

Complimentary in-town transportation is available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, based on availability.
